But more than a week ago we lost a
plane without a trace
It’s here, it’s there, no wait, it’s
not, it’s u-turned and flown west
They should have asked a dolphin,
I’m thinking that they guessed
The wasted time, the wasted funds,
looking in places it hadn’t been
And that Kiwi bloke on the oil rig,
what exactly had he seen
The sad true fact is they still
don’t know, where it is that they should look
It’s little wonder that the
relatives, are fed up and going crook
The Captain and his co-pilot, have
become the central focus
His flight simulator kept at home is
the scene of hocus pocus
Hijacked, suicide, engine failure,
they haven’t got a clue
Fifteen different countries now
there to help them through
Let’s hope they hit the jackpot,
that the outcome is the best
That the only prediction not yet
made is that the airline passed the test
They landed safely all alive,
somewhere in Kazakhstan
I live in hope but skeptical, ‘cause
I don’t think they have a plan
At least they’ll learn some lessons,
one hopes from this debacle
Airline safety will improve, and the
thought of flying make us sparkle
But I guess ‘til then we sit and
wait while they do what they say is their best
If they wanted to be challenged, then they're facing their toughest
test
